This is a walk on Canaan Valley State Park trails to find what wildflowers are blooming and to find out what else Mother Nature is up to. We will be exploring several habitats including open field, woodland, and marshland. Hiking difficulty will be easy to moderate and distance will be a little over a mile long. We will meet at the Canaan Valley Resort main lobby and drive a short distance to the Blackwater River Trail head. Bring Binoculars and water-safe boots as the trails might be muddy. Walk Will be about 2 hours.
