The magic is returning to Davis! 🖤

This year, Sticks & Stones takes a step back through Appalachian history, exploring the stories, traditions, and folklore that have shaped the mountains.

Our 2026 theme will delve into Granny Witch magic and Appalachian witchcraft, with a look at the Maiden, Mother, and Crone and the different roles they have held in Appalachian tradition.

Join us Saturday, October 17 from 3–8 PM in downtown Davis for an afternoon and evening of magic, history, art, activities, food, and a little bit of spooky-season fun. There will be plenty to discover as we bring the streets to life with local businesses, artists, makers, and community magic.
