Farm to Table Dinner – Smokehouse at Blackwater Falls

West Virginia State Parks, in partnership with the West Virginia Department of Agriculture, is proud to present the 2025 Farm to Table Dinner Series.
This beloved series celebrates the flavors of the Mountain State, bringing locally sourced ingredients to life through the creativity of our state park chefs. Each dinner showcases its own theme, menu, entertainment and atmosphere, creating a unique experience you won’t want to miss!

📅 September 26, 2025, Cocktails begin at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m.
📍The Harr Conference Center inside the Blackwater Falls Lodge
This year’s menu features:
Arugula and goat cheese salad tossed in a blueberry-honey vinaigrette.
Smoked rack of lamb with port wine sauce served with asparagus risotto or Wagyu New York strip topped with ramp chimichurri, paired with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
Chocolate torte layered with lemon mousse, finished with a blackberry compote and blackberry ice cream.

Tickets are $70 per person (tax and gratuity included). Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
