It’s World Migratory Bird Day! Did you know that an estimated 3.5 billion birds migrate into the U.S. each spring? Join us at the Refuge to celebrate all of our spring migrants returning!
The day starts off with a bird walk at the Beall Trailhead at 8am. Following that are kids activities at the Visitor Center! This includes a kid’s story time starting at 11am, followed by crafts and a migration activity. Plus free World Migratory Bird Day posters (while they last)!
