This class will be approachable to all—even those who think yoga is a “four letter word!” Many of the poses will be held for a couple minutes, allowing the soft tissues to relax while you breathe and unwind. We will focus on stretching the muscles and tendons that bikers strengthen through their riding—mainly legs and glutes BUT we won’t neglect those shoulders and wrists! Stretching is a much-neglected aspect of biking, but it can assist the biker to both prevent injury as well as enhance performance. Join Carol in a class for all abilities after your rides during the festival weekend. ALL proceeds will benefit The Blackwater Bicycle Association. This is a DONATION class suggested at $15+ but please sign up in advance to reserve your spot.
