About The Tucker County CVB

The Tucker County Convention and Visitors Bureau is a private, non-profit sales and marketing corporation in Tucker County, West Virginia. Through dynamic sales, marketing and informational campaigns, the Tucker County CVB strives to establish Canaan Valley, Blackwater Falls and the surrounding Tucker County areas as a premier vacation, meeting and special events destination, thereby enhancing the tourism economy in the county. 

The Tucker County CVB serves as the official tourism marketing organization for Tucker County, West Virginia. Its funding comes from the hotel/motel tax paid by visitors who stay in the county. Specifically, the CVB receives three percent of the total six percent tax collected, while the remaining three percent stays within the county or municipality. The Tucker County CVB is located at 410 William Avenue, Davis, WV, 26260 and is open Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The CVB’s mailing address is PO Box 565 Davis, WV 26260. The Tucker County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) is offering the opportunity of financial assistance with marketing and advertising the county as a premier vacation, meeting and special event destination.  The goal for this program is to enhance the tourism economy, increase overnight visitation, increase expenditures by visitors and assist in growing Tucker County a tourism destination.
